The Irvine facility is located in the medical office building adjacent to Hoag Hospital Irvine and Hoag Orthopedic Institute off the Sand Canyon exit.
From the 405 Freeway – Southbound
From the 405 Freeway, take the Shady Canyon Drive/Sand Canyon Ave exit, Exit 3. Turn left onto Sand Canyon Ave. 16300 Sand Canyon Ave will be on the right. Our office is located in the tall 10 story building directly adjacent to the Hospital. The main entrance to the medical office building faces Alton Parkway.
From the 405 Freeway – Northbound
