NOI Receives Silver Best Overall Digital Patient Experience Award at the 2021 eHealthcare Leadership Awards
The eHealthcare Leadership Awards draws over 1,000 submissions and honors the very best websites and digital communications from a variety of healthcare organizations ranging from hospitals and medical groups to pharmaceutical and health insurance provider websites. Winners were announced on November 4, 2021 at a special presentation in Las Vegas during the Healthcare Internet Conference (HCIC).
The eHealthcare Leadership Awards recognize all of the hard work that has gone into creating outstanding health websites to improve the overall patient journey.
More than 250 organizations received recognition for their outstanding work. During this unprecedented time of the COVID-19 pandemic, digital patient experiences have been critical to helping healthcare organizations safely deliver quality healthcare to communities across the country and around the world.
Best Overall Digital Patient Experience
The Best Overall Digital Patient Experience award focuses on how healthcare organizations use digital tools to enhance patient access and convenience including patient portals, appointment requests and scheduling, ER wait times, patient test results, bill pay, patient-physician communications, directions, classes/events, and service preregistration.
Newport Orthopedic Institute is honored to have been awarded the 2021 Silver eHealthcare Leadership award for Best Overall Digital Patient Experience. Our new website was launched in February 2021 and we are happy to hear that our new site has helped improve our patient’s digital experience with us.
