Biography

Dr. Michael Eng is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in the treatment of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine conditions. A native of Huntington Beach, CA, and a lifelong resident of Orange County, Dr. Eng is dedicated to serving his community by providing expert spine care. His treatment philosophy emphasizes non-operative solutions wherever possible, ensuring that each patient receives a personalized care plan tailored to their specific needs and goals. When surgery is necessary, Dr. Eng is skilled in using the latest surgical techniques, including minimally invasive procedures, spinal navigation systems, and robotic-assisted spine surgery.

Dr. Eng earned his undergraduate degree in Human Biology from the University of California, San Diego, before obtaining his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, followed by a prestigious combined orthopedic and neurosurgical spine surgery fellowship at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Eng enjoys staying active through golf, hiking, and weightlifting.
